TUESDAY -  CHEST AND SHOULDER



GIVE IT A BREAK  OF ONE DAY ( IF BULKING GIVE IT A BREAK OF 2 DAYS)

WEDNESDAY - TAKE REST BECAUSE 40 % OF YOUR BODY IS BROKEN GIVE IT TIME TO GET RECOVER 


THURSDAY - TRAIN YOUR WEEK PARTS + ABDOMINAL WORKOUT



FRIDAY  - I WILL RECOMMEND THIS DAY FOR HARD GAINER REALLY WANT TO PUT SOME SIZE ON ( EXERCISE 1 - DEADLIFT  EXERCISE 2 ) BENCHPRESS     EXERCISE 3 FRONT WEIGHTED SQUATS ) ONLY 3


SATURDAY -  LEG DAY

  INVOLVE IN SOME PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LIKE CYCLING , RUNNING , SWIMMING
OR SOME SPORTS LIKE CRICKET , BASKETBALL , FOOTBALL , OR BADMINTON




FITNESS MAKES YOUR MIND MORE STRONGER THEN YOUR BODY IS IF YOU EAT PROPER , HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS
