STAY FIT MEAL

DIET TO BE TAKEN ACCORDING TO THE SITUATIONS


1 ) TIRED AND HEAD PAIN - Rather then taking a med or pain killer,make a cup of hot coffe it contains CAFFEINE(caffeine is used in making amino supplements that are to be taken before or a workout session it gives your body a boost )






It dosen't matter you workout or not , in a tired or stressful situation ,or whenever you feel sleepy 
,make a cup coffee and deal with the situation and smile :)


A cup of coffee in the morning time may give you more than energy boost . It also prevents from diabetes and liver disease






2 ) Morning diet - as the day starts it should be good so we must have our first meal so special it should be healthy,nutritious and our tummy should say its yummy  







An omlet with a glass of milk - total ( 2eggs + 1 glass of milk (500-750g) ) total amount of protein you are getting from these 30-35grams 
its a proteinful diet and you can add 2 slices of bread too
you wont feel hungry till next 4-5 working hours depends upon your intake but in my case i am having 2 omlets and 1 glass of 965g milk everyday and it works for next working hours 





i will strongly recommend it

3) 1 MEAL FOR WHOLE DAY - Eatables high in clean  calories(eg fuits and nuts not oiled and fried kinda stuff)  and proteins and good fats that can benefits you and provide your body with sufficient amount of need 


here they are u need these eatables to make them and u wont feel hungry for next 6-7 hours


 CUT 2 OR 3 BANANAS IN A BOWL + CUT 1 CUCUMBER IN IT + CUT 1 TOMATO IN 3 cheeku+2tbsp OF PEANUT BUTTER IN IT + CUP OF COFFEE + HAVE SOME ALMONDS OR CASHEWS IF U STILL FEEL HUNGRY AFTER THIS


people having habits of eating after every hour will get better by eating a bowl of this suggested diet every morning 
it almost contains 600-700 calories and polyunsaturated fat that is extremely good for health + high in protein and many other nutritious things like fibre etc







4) IF you are calorie conscious



if you don't want to full your stomach but wanna eat something healthy in the morning
you can go with









 4-5 boiled eggs without yolks + 50g bowl of white corns + 1 glass of juice




 less then 200 calories but it
will provide your body with good amount of protein its like 28-29 grams of protein content in this low calorie meal and people who are calorie conscious will moreover like it









5) For skinny guys


For skinny guyz who are trying to put on some weight but can't
Here is my advice




2 banana + 50grams cashews + 1 glass of milk + 2 bread toast

this is my best advice for skinny guyz this diet contains 500-600 calories and good amount of protein like 25 grams and sources of good fat too


mostly people dont know your brain work's through content of fats and calorie in your body




HAVE IT WHILE MORNING TIME AND FEEL GREAT CAUSE HEALTH FIRST
